14-Day Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a return, email support@peptidology.bio with your order number and reason for return.

Return condition

Items must be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging, with seals intact. Items must not have been pierced or punctured. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 to 5 working days.
